RC Visions Return Policy
No Receipt = No Returns, No Exceptions
Merchandise purchased from RC Visions in-store or via Website can be returned within 7 Days with the original receipt. All Returned Merchandise MUST be unopened in original packaging and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items (All Sales Final)
- Electronics ie but not limited to, Chargers, Motors, Speed Controllers etc…
- All Vehicles
Online Sale ReturnsReturn Labels: Upon receiving an authorization of returnable items - the customer will be responsible for providing their own return label if the seller (RCVisions.com) is not at fault for the reason of the return ie. the customer ordered the wrong product.
If the seller (RCVisions.com) is responsible for the reason of return ie. shipped the wrong product, then RC Visions would be responsible for providing the customer with a pre-paid return label.
To return an item,
